I've remained pretty silent over the past few weeks — in part because my schedule has been waaaaay out of control, and in part because the only thing I've really had on my mind is the whole smoking debate.
I'm sick of the whole thing. Can we move on to something else?
How about this one — GET OFF THE PHONE AND DRIVE!
I am so tired of following a slow poke, or someone not using their turn signals, only to see them chatting away on the phone while driving.
It can wait! For crying out loud, that converstation can wait. And if it can't, pull over!
I dream of the day I see a billboard when re-entering Kansas after a vaction.
"Is that call worth $500? We fine for cell phone use while driving. Be safe, pull over."
Driving while using a cell phone is not the safest thing on earth, of course, neither is driving while eating (A big mac tastes better at 70 miles an hour, cause you have to wolf it down so fast you don't taste it at all..LOL), doing your makeup or a host of other things.
But my pet peeve is chatter-drivers. The ones who can't stay in their lane, are slow to react, don't use turn signals and are generally ignorant about what's happening around them because they are on the phone.
Enough already!
I hear ya
Trying to make more work for yourself?
They will put that up for a vote next.
Maybe its a good thing I won't get a cell phone jammer for christmas. This year.
